Say which company you're in and what you were doing. Don't send passwords, sign-in codes, or your customers' details.

Things you can do yourself

• Pause what CompanyOS does: the owner or an admin can choose Pause all automation on the brief, under “Stop all automation”. Flows, the AI and sending invoices stop at once; your books are still read, so the numbers stay current. Only the owner turns it back on. To stop reading your books too, disconnect QuickBooks.
• QuickBooks: the owner, or an admin who can see Finance, connects or disconnects it in Setup, then Connect QuickBooks. Disconnecting deletes what CompanyOS read from it.
• Email notices: each person turns their own on or off on their account page.
